Search Process

Based on a careful identification of the challenges associated with the position, the ISM search process includes the following:

  • Preparation of profile / job description and search strategy
  • Identification of candidates through systematic and thorough research
  • Discreet contact and attracting relevant candidates by telephone interviews
  • Personal interviews and selection
  • Presentation of the top candidates to the client
  • Obtaining references
  • Negotiations between the client and the candidate, whenever wanted, we would be available
  • Recruitment of candidate
  • Follow up with client and candidate 6 months after the start to ensure both parts meet expectations
